  The “Advanced WP Columns” Plugin allows use of multiple columns in WordPress blogs.
  However my blogs dashboard has no Plugin menu :(

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  You are on wordpress.com. Plugins aren’t allowed here. The plugin you are talking about is probably for wordpress.org.
