Advantage of upgrading WordPress Premium-$99? What's inclusive? how to upgrade?
-
Paying $99 for wordpress premium has not benefited me. For activating a personal domain name to my blog, they are charging additional $18. I thought the domain name is inclusive in this package. Also, for all premium themes/pluggins, I have to pay additional dollars. It does not make sense to upgrade to this package. Very disappointed. I searched your support page on help with activating the premium account but with no luck

Hi there!
I show that you requested a full refund for the Premium bundle on July 8, 2013. This would indicate why you were being prompted to purchase a domain for $18 – by returning the bundle for a refund, you also lose the free domain credit. WordPress.com Premium includes the following upgrades and requires no activation after purchase:
– Domain Name & Mapping
– Space Upgrade
– No Ads
– Custom Design
– VideoPressYou can read more about each feature here:
http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/pro-bundle/Premium themes are an extra cost, but we currently have 155 free themes in our theme gallery and one might be perfect for your site:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/free/We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
What feature are you looking to add with a plugin?
