Advantages/Disadvantages toFeedburner?

  I am new to blogging, but want to use it for keeping potential business clients updated on things they might be interested in. Can you tell me what the advantage to using Feedburner would be ? It seems like I might have better access to statistics, and possibly that I might be able to customize my heading ? Are there any disadvantages?
