Adventure journal theme (widget section)

    I’m trying to find the location in the ipad wordpress version of admin controls.. I need to add the side sections for Widgets in ‘Adventure Journal’ theme.
    To asd to either right side of posts or left.
    All I’m seeing in this wordpress setup is footers.. they are pointless to me.
    I need my visitors to see my content link options from the page load.
    I built my other blogs with my desktop and this was available.. But not even that loads this customizable section now.
    Anyone know where in admin controls this is located?

    This blog is for documented legal issues so its kinda important for quick searching from important viewers.
