I humbly apologize because clearly what the op wants to do is to build up dependencies with specific Staff members, and communicating with me socially here prompted her to choose to become unhappy. Please feel free to delete all my comments from this thread. I made a judgement error by communicating in a friendly off-topic manner in this thread and I am sorry. -

M.R., keep doing things the way you have. I don’t mind at all, and when I am not around, @hallluke seems more than willing to step in when I am not around, and any other volunteer can do the same. In some instances addressing them directly to me may keep other volunteers from posting solutions for you, and I think that was what @timethief was trying to say.
Again, you can keep doing things exactly the way you have.
