Advert sharing

I understand that wordpress needs to add advert in order to make money on free account to support the maintenance of their site. Now the question is: how can someone like me who has spent time to write articles on wordpress free account make money? I think the money made on advert through someone published article should be shared. Please explain more on this. Thank you.

You cannot post any advertising on your blog here at WordPress.com. There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com and it’s for blogs on their own domains. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
You apply to WordAds by asking for an invitation and wait a long time for a response. WordAds Staff check out your blog and if and only if it qualifies and there is an advertiser that wishes to have their ads placed on your blog then they contact you and implement ads on your blog.
