  When a custom theme is purchased there should be no links on the site correct? Why is there a blog with wordpress and customized theme link there?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  the theme credits and WordPress.COM credits are a required part of the footer – required for all blogs – even the VIP blogs that start around $ 20,000 / year

  When a custom theme is purchased it does not exempt you from the terms of service, which include showing those links.
