How do i remove unwanted ads from the top and bottom of my blog? The ads i have in display are very low quality and awful ads. Can i at least choose the ads to display on my blog if not remove them?

Kar, would a WP inserted ad be at the top? I thought they were only at the bottom?
This may be another case of adware.

Good poing. @farista269 could you please disabled any browser extensions/add-ons to see if that helps?

You can also take a screen shot and save them in your media library for the staff to look at – seems to me there should be some sort of small “about these ads” or something just above all ads by WordPress.COM

There is an ugly ad at top of my blog — right across my blog banner where I wanted to have white space- — This is only in Chrome, not IE or Firefox. See vridar.wordpress.com in Chrome. I do not know how to attach a screenshot to this feedback form.

The ads is not placed there by WordPress.com. Disable your browser add-ons .
