Advertisement In My Blog

  I just noticed today that an advertisement shows up within my blog? I paid for a domain name….I want to know where this advertisement is coming from, who put it there and why is it there when I have paid for a premium account. I explicitly want to know how to get rid of this….I do not….absolutely do not approve of this advertisement!
