Advertisement in posts

  When I open some of my posts, I can see advertisements from companies such as HP. Why do I have those ads? Isn’t WordPress an ad-free place?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, WP.com isn’t ad-free. That’s why there’s the paid No Ads upgrade. It’s covered in the Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up. Regular readers and signed-in WP.com users don’t see the ads, but people who come from searches etc can.
