Advertisement screws up right-side margin on mobile screen

Advertisement in right-side menu bar screws up the right side margin on mobile screens. Looks fine on a pc screen. It projects beyond the right-side margin.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for letting us know, we’re looking into this!
I noticed you’re using the default mobile theme. Is there any improvement if you disable that at Appearance -> Mobile in your blog’s Dashboard?
Also, which mobile device are you using when you see the problem?
-
Apologies, I forgot to specify the device: I use an iPad. Running IOS 7.1.2
I will try disabling appearance mobile and report back.

I disabled “mobile theme” — no change. The right margin bug is still there.. In fact, the overall screen is unchanged.
-
The overall screen should be very different when you disable the mobile theme, it’s an entirely separate theme.
Would you please try again with the mobile theme disabled, but this time clear mobile Safari’s cache via Settings -> Safari on your iPad?

Alright, would you please check now? You might need to clear your browser’s cache again.
