Advertisements on blog
-
WordPress has always noted “Occasionally, SOME of your visitors may see an advertisement here.” in regards to the advertisements on the blog if a user hasn’t purchased the Adfree upgrade.
I have purchased other upgrades but not this one, yet.I’d like WordPress to clarify the policy because visitors to my blog are now seeing ads EVERY time they visit any of my pages. This is not occasional, but constant.
If you are now putting ads on pages every click, please update your policies to reflect this. Otherwise, you are misleading your customers.
I’d appreciate a reply in order to find out if there is a bug, or if you are now expecting users to upgrade.
Thank you

I’m not seeing ads on your blog when I visit. Provided you see this small About These Ads link what you are seeing is WordPress.com generated advertising. http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/Any other ads appearing to you are not placed by WordPress.com. If you see any other ads then you could have an issue on your browser or computer. Unfortunately they can be being placed there by software on your own computer or your visitors’. Such ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or adware found in some games and shopping sites and toolbars that may have been installed in a browser.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads:
