Advertisements on Blogs

    Is there anyone I can speak to about the types of adverts that appear on our blogs. While we appreciate the blogs allow adverts we want to speak to someone as WordPress about the types of ads appearing. Is this possible? Can anyone help?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    For Basic users, ads are what keeps WordPress.com free.
    The only way to remove them is upgrading to Premium.

    Currently it is not possible to control the ad content other than by removing the ads completely by buying the No Ads Upgrade – if you have an older blog you should be able to buy the upgrade for $ 30.- / year – if you have a new blog the No Ads only comes as part of a $ 99.- / year Up-Sell bundle (sort of like the cram down cable company pricing)

    The ads should all be “family friendly” – you can take a screen shot of ads you don’t think meet that description and file a complaint here in the forum for the staff
