Advertisements shouldn't be showing

A couple of months ago I paid money to not have advertising showing on my website for 1 year. Why, then, is there advertising showing???

I do not see any ads on your site.
All WordPress.com placed ads are easy to identify as this link accompanies them http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/
Any other ads you see are not placed on the blog by WordPress.com. They are coming from a browser extension or toolbar. If you use the information at the sites I linked to and still see ads please post screenshot http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ Upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. Then type modlook into the sidebar.
