  can i migrate my wordpress.com to wordpress.org accont?

  i was trying to add an advertiser link but cant do it. can u show me

  No user-initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com. The only advertising allowed here is the WordPress.com WordAds program See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  If you want to move your site to your own hosted version of the WordPress software, you can find some suggested webhosts here http://get.wp.com/hosting/
