    I paid $30 for an advertising campaign. when the campaign ended it said the full $30 had not been spent. What happens to the balance? and if there is a balance where do I find that balance amount? because, you already charged me the $30 before the campaign started.

    Hi @12345viqan! I did some digging on this: you set a budget of up to $30, but we were only able to display $8.54 worth of ads because of your targeting settings. So that’s all we charged you. You should have a receipt showing $8.54 rather than $30.

    If you want to run the campaign again, you can! Feel free to adjust the settings to show the ad to more users, or you can keep the settings as they are and know we’ll only charge you for the advertising you end up using. Let us know if you need more help!
