Advertising on my website and my premium account

  Hello,
  My wordpress site is: http://www.catherineparkerarttours.com. I noticed recently when I did a google search on Art Tours India that an olympus camera in capital letters is like a big advertising banner that I do not want next to my site name. I have tried everything to work out how it got there so that I can remove it, but no luck. Also,I am getting huge amounts of spam from a handbag company! In one day..approx 12 dropped into my comment box..

  I am currently paying for premium but not sure what this grants me or if I need it. I don’t blog and just use my site for my tour info,photos etc. And am not very technically astute to take advantage of it. Doyou have any suggestions as to whether I really need it? I want to financially support wordpress as you have been a lifeline for me but not sure whether I have chosen the correct service. Thankyou in anticipation for your support.
