  Wondering why there are highlighted and linked words on our web-site that are taking me to advertising? I thought we have the “No Ads” upgrade.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Can you send me a link to a page that you’re seeing these links? That does not sound like the type of advertising we use on WordPress.com in any event and may be an add-on or extension on your browser adding that. (This link may help you if you wish to try to deactivate some to test: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/manage-add-ons#ie=ie-9 )

  Looking at your account, though, I see the Custom Design and domain registration upgrades on your account, but not the No Ads upgrade. You can see this on your Store->My Upgrades page: https://swedgensoc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
