  Hi there. I was just curious – I’m starting to get a pretty good blog folloing (between 500-1000 hits per day on a blog that’s just four months old), and I was wondering if there’s a way to upgrade so I can sell google ads (or others) on my page so I can start earning a little money from the time I put into it. Does WordPress allow this?

  You can have ads only through the expensive VIP upgrade and you don’t get nearly enough hits to qualify. Think NY Times, CNN level of hits – they’re VIP.

  Your only alternatives if you want adsense are a self-hosted blog using the free software from http://wordpress.org or a free blog at blogger.
