  WordPress presents users with a number of limitations. I have studied every single widget on the blog and cannot find a single one that allows the user upload of adverts manually. What are the available oprions for this? Are there plug-ins I can use to achieve this? I have been on this roadblock for two weeks and would like to move on…

  That option doesn’t exist on WordPress.com
