    I’d really like to know why there are so many adverts on my page now. It’s got to the point that I can barely bear to look at my blog. Is this *really* necessary? It didn’t use to be like this.

    Hi there,

    We have been experimenting with ad placements on our free sites, but that trial ended recently. When I visit your site now I do not see the amout of ads you describe. Has things improved on your end as well?

    As a reminder, you can always upgrade to our Personal plan (all our plans, actually) to turn off the ads we show on free sites, as well as set a custom site address without “wordpress.com” in it.
