Adverts appearing in my blog

My blog, kickingsport.co.uk, has started to present adverts within some of the posts according to readers. I cannot see them on my admin view and have not signed up for any and neither do I wish to have adverts on my blog. Can you please advise me as to how this could have happened and how I can get rid?
