Adverts in my blog posts

    Hi there
    I’ve only just noticed that there are adverts now on my blog posts which weren’t there before. How do I get rid of them? I’m on a free WordPress plan.

    Hey buffysbuns,

    WordPress.com keeps its best to provide a better user experience. Although it shows the ads on the websites using the free plan still the placement of the ad is at the bottom which is okay.

    If you want to get rid of these ads, you have to upgrade.

    Hi there,

    We have always displayed ads to logged out visitors and some logged in visitors on free sites. You most likely just saw your site while logged out, which is why you’re only noticing it now.

    To prevent ads from displaying on your site you can upgrade to any of our paid plans.
