Adverts on a premium theme

I’m getting adverts on my photography theme website when my details say my upgrade includes no adverts. How do I get rid of them? I need to know this ASAP, it makes my website look unprofessional and a reason I paid for the upgrade is not to have adverts. My website is http://www.lucyflatman.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

All WordPress.com placed ads are easy to identify as this link accompanies them http://en.wordpress.com/about-these-ads/
Any other ads you see are not placed on the blog by WordPress.com. They are coming from a browser extension or toolbar. These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the ads: http://www.littletechiethings.com/2012/06/how-to-remove-ads-not-by-this-site.html http://blog.wikimedia.org/2012/05/14/ads-on-wikipedia-your-computer-infected-malware/ http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/09/14/bloggers-beware-of-adware/
If you use the information at the sites I linked to and still see ads please post screenshot http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ Upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. Then type modlook into the sidebar.

Most of the ads link to the top link you provided but you haven’t said how to get rid of them?
The other ads also link to wordpress services, they link to this page below?
