There is no option to transfer site as indicated in this documentation
If you have two WordPress.com accounts and you want to combine them into one, unfortunately, there is no direct way to merge two accounts. However, you can transfer your sites from one account to another. Here’s how you can do it:
Sign in to the WordPress.com account that you want to transfer the site from.
Go to the site you want to transfer and click on ‘My Site’ in the top-left corner of the WordPress.com dashboard.
From the sidebar, click on ‘Tools’ and then select ‘Transfer Site’ from the dropdown menu.
Enter the email address of the WordPress.com account that you want to transfer the site to.
Click on the ‘Transfer’ button to initiate the transfer process.
The recipient account will receive an email notification with instructions to accept the transfer.
Once the transfer is accepted, the site will be moved to the recipient account, and the original account will no longer have access to it.
Please note that the transfer process will move the entire site, including its content, settings, and domain (if applicable), to the new account. Make sure to back up any important data before initiating the transfer.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with the transfer process, feel free to reach out to our support team at WordPress.com Support. They’ll be happy to help you out!
Remember, with WordPress.com, you can conveniently manage multiple websites under one login, making it easier to handle all your sites from a single account.

Those instructions are for when sites and accounts are hosted here at WordPress.com. It doesn’t apply if your site is hosted at Godaddy. You’ll need to reach out to them for advice or look at WordPress.org info on exporting/importing the contents of a site.
