Advice/help with content transfer

  I am transferring my website content, not creating a new one. How to do that???
  I must transfer very rich content, please advise! The site with WP.com is set up (actually was stolen by WP.org and was really giving me trouble and didn’t show properly) and I need to return it.
  I paid WP.com for a year, it’s set up, as I say, just need to transfer content.
  I do appreciate your help, I am really exhausted, didn’t sleep out of worry.
  I am not a techie person, so…Thank you very much.

  It looks like the site here at WordPress.com is on the personal plan, so you would need to export the content as per these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
