Advice on Creating a Gravity forms / GF charts Setup

I am attempting to do the following:
Let’s say you join my site and I am a dentist. You create a profile. Everyday you login and there is a form asking “Did you floss today?” After you answer you are redirected to a chart of your data entries over the last month.
I am considering using gravity forms and gfchart to achieve this setup, but not 100% sure if this will work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
