  How can I find this template? is it a free template or a paid version on wordpress? I am looking to start a humor blog and I like this format.

  That site is using a heavily customized version of the Varia theme, which is available for free: https://wordpress.com/theme/varia/

  So, while not impossible to make something like that, it would be quite a bit of work.

  Instead, I recommend looking through https://wordpress.com/theme/ as you might find a free theme that’s already closer to your liking. :)
