Advice on moving my podcast series to WordPress

  I have a weekly podcast series hosted by Libsyn, using my own domain name, but I want to find a different host who let me continue releasing weekly episodes, plus give me a better website and clearer to understand support advice. Can WordPress do this? My podcast is already subscribed on iTunes, so would I need to resubscribe if I moved to WordPress? How much disruption would there be in the move, apart from setting up the website and the indexes of the existing episodes (about 150, all +/- 10 mins long)?

  This would be a new and separate blog/site/thing to Vulpes Libris, which I help to run on WordPress.
