  I am soon to publish a book on Disaster Spiritual care for responders. I want to include two separate areas where people may tell disaster-related stories. Is there a plug-in or process that would make this easy for me to set up and easy for users to tell their stories?

  There might be a widget for this but if you are looking to keep your blog a free one, I would suggest making a new page on your blog and write one simple post advising your followers to post a comment with their story and from the comments section you will have what you need for your followers.
