Advice please, theme works in wordpress but not hosting wordpress!

  Hi, sorry if this has been addressed, i have a wordpress free website/blog and i used a gallery theme which animates all my work a treat, but i the same theme to my official ,com domain name via hostgator in wordpress admin, and it does not work properly. No longer animating using this route.
  Could anyone advise me why the same theme is not working via my wordpress admin hosted by Hostgator.
  Sorry to appear an air head i am new to all this.
