Advise creating 1 page web site to point to item

  I am contemplating creating a couple single page sites to point to a particular woocommerce item. Advantages are:

  1. Can gear the content of the page to that single item for SEO and readability
  2. Can create an easier URL for customers to remember

  There would be a link such as “shop now” at the bottom of these pages to take the customer to the particular item directly.

  Are there any down sides to this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No downside that I can see. You are welcome to create as many sites under your account, including single page sites set up as “landing pages” so to speak.
