    Hello @joannechengfilm,

    It is recommended to avoid sharing personal information such as phone numbers, email ID’s, transaction ID’s etc… in this WordPress.com public support forum for security reasons. I have tagged this post for staff’s attention to assist in removing your email ID.

    Here is a useful trick I found suggested by a staff member for a similar query(forgot username) like yours:

    Hello staff-doublebassd,

    If you check for JoanneChengcinema.com instead of cinema.com (which is how I assumed it to be) on ICANN WHOIS, I see that the name servers are pointed to:
    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

    Please correct me if I am wrong. Appreciate your inputs on this.

    I am thinking @joannechengfilm, can you confirm if the domain you own is

    cinema.com

    or

    JoanneChengcinema.com

    ? Once you confirm from either of the options, you can choose the appropriate answers from the above mentioned replies.
