AdWords and spam frequency

  Has anyone else noticed a correlation between the start of AdWords on their site and a dramatic increase in spam comments? Or is the spam increase happening to everyone?

  Just wondering if there is a connection or it is just co-incidence.

  Spam comes in waves and we are experiencing a “high tide”. But are you sure you don’t mean “WordAds”?
