Adwords Conversion Tracking

    Dear all

Let me start off by saying I’m assuming tht this is not possible on wordpress.com!

However I’m not sure if there is any clever workaround that might give me something close to what I am looking for.

I have adwords set up to direct people to my WEBSITE but my convesion form is on my blog (as the code is easy).

    1. adwords conversion tracking requires some html to be pasted onto my site, presumably into the header of the conversion form on my blog. i presume this is not possible
    2. is it possible somehow to do it on a wordpress-widget or a wordpress-page or in wordpress-css? I presume not.
    3. is it possible to do it at the end of my pages on my web site??? I guess i could put the code there but it would surely just record ALL exits from that page and not the exits to the place that i hope they go? is there any if…then…else type html functionality that can do this or could the code be pasted in a div higher up on my regular site?.
    4. I apprecaite I could create a web (non-wordpress) based conversion form but i don’t know how to do that and appreciate that this is not a forum for my ‘elsewhere-html’ inadequacies!

or should i just simle and move gracefully onwards ignoring adwords conversion tracking :-)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As far as I’m aware, this is not possible on WordPress.com.

If you find out where the code has to be pasted, and show us the code, then we can say for sure.

That’s not possible. We cannot access those files or edit them on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

Moreover, blogger initiated advertising is not allowed on WordPress.com blogs and Google Adwords is advertising. Google AdWords – Online Advertising by Google
