  What do I suppose to do before guysongz.com will be accepted in AdWords program?

  I’m going to assume you mean WordAds, as AdWords is a service offered by Google and not associated with WordPress.com. In order to be part of the WordAds programme, you need to have a specific amount of monthly traffic, though the exact number is not published.
