affiliate link interactive banner

Hello. I have the blog http://www.susbogblog.wordpress.com. I have had the blog for 3 years, and have used affiliate links in the past without having any problems. My blog is fairly small, around 200 followers and 1000 page views a month. However, a company wants an affiliate contract with me, and they require me to use one of their interactive banners. It is the .html format, and it would work the same as a simple image with an affiliate link attached, except this is interactive (if that’s what you call it, english is not my native language) and displays some various books they have on their website, changing every 2 minutes to display new books.
However, I simply cannot figure out how to get this .html banner format onto my blog. I basically want it in the side bar, where I also have my blog roll, my currently reading image widgets and things like that.
As far as i can tell, I’m not violating any of the wordpress.com commercial rules by wanting an interactive banner, but please inform me if that is the case.
So basically my question is: How can i get a .html format banner onto my blog sidebar?

1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com are not allowed. No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
