  I am an affiliate associate and would like to link it to my new blog. Please provide the steps to do so.

  Here’s some basic information about using affiliate links on your WordPress.com site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/#affiliate

  As far as how to specifically create those links, you can do that in a number of ways.

  First, you’ll need to find the affiliate link, provided by the company that you are promoting. They will provide that to you.

  Then, you’ll need to decide how and where you’d like to make the link.

  You can make a text link on any page or post. (Here’s some directions for that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/)

  You can also create a graphic in your sidebar and add your affiliate link to that.

  Here’s some directions on how to use the Image Widget to put a graphic in your sidebar: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/. Please note the “Link URL” section in the setting box. You can paste your affiliate link into that section.
