  which affiliate marketing links are allowed on wordpress?

  Very, very few. Have you reviewed the Terms of Service? http://wordpress.com/tos/

  It is not possible here to build what’s considered an affiliate marketing blog. It IS possible, with a real blog about real things, to include occasional affiliate text links in the content: for example in a book review, you could include the Amazon link. No affiliate image links, and nothing approaching an ad (so basically no affiliate stuff in the sidebar) is allowed.
