  I understand much better after reading a recent previous post regarding AFFILIATE LINKS. I had been trying to add the Martha Stewart affiliates link/code and was unable to. All of the above is why, right?

  Wp.com won’t allow some types of code.

  It’s my opinion that you are wasting your time by posting this is into at least two forum threads I have just read. wordpress.com is like any other business it has policies put in place by management and upheled by Staff, so when clarification is need Staff that we need to approach.

  This support documentation entry states clearly what kind of blogs are allowed and not allowed at wordpress.com http://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs and this entry clarifies everything to do with advertising http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/

  It also states:

  Please contact Staff on this issue.
