Affiliated Links without my permission
-
Hello everyone
I’m a french blogger and I created my blog almost one year ago. However, I decided that it was too early to monetize it.
But yesterday, I discovered that the links on my blog were affiliated whereas i didn’t apply for any affiliate program !
Can someone help me please ? I have no idea why it’s like that. The links are associated with Zanox or sharesale.
Is this WordPress or someone who stole my account ?
Thank you !The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Where on your site do you see these links? Please provide the URL of specific posts or pages where this occurs and I can take a look.

Hi
The first article on my blog has an affiliated link : https://lepigeonenescarpins.wordpress.com/2016/11/08/selections-bottines-a-talons-avec-oeillets-isabel-marant-vs-forever-21-topshop-r-studio/
When I click on the links it is written : http://www.forever21.com/EU/Product/Product.aspx?BR=f21&Category=women-new-arrivals-shoes&ProductID=2000198581&VariantID=&utm_source=zanox&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=general&zanpid=2231065699303252992
Plus, the mention wordpress.redirectgat appeared ! -
That link was added to your post 17 hours ago by you or someone logged in as you according to the revision history:

We have no way to add links like that automatically on WordPress.com, and we never make changes to your content without your permission so we did not add that link.

Thank you so much for you answer.
Obviously , I didn’t add the affiliated link otherwise I won’t post on this forum.
Do you have any idea of what can I Do ? -
If you didn’t add them, then someone else logged in as you did, so I recommend you change the password on both your email and WordPress.com accounts immediately.
Then edit the posts and remove those links.
If you still see them being added after doing that, try creating a post in Chrome in incognito mode and check if the link is added then. If it’s not added if you use incognito mode, it could be that a hidden browser extension or toolbar is doing this. In that case you’ll need to scan your computer for malware using something like Malwarebytes (it’s free and very good), and you might want to try re-installing your browser.

Thank you again for your answer.
I’ve done everything you said : changing my passwords , my web browser and using Malwarebytes and the incognito mode on Chrome but the links are still affiliated. I’ve no idea of what s going on ! -
Did you edit the post and delete those links? Based on the revision history you didn’t.
The steps I suggested is only to prevent new links from being added in the next post. It won’t remove any links that are already there. For those already there you need to edit the posts and delete them.
Is this for all the “ici” links, or only the forever21 ones? I see on every post you have a link to a product page for every picture. Were all of those added automatically, or did you add them? It could be that the forever21 site automatically creates affiliate links if you use an image from that site. If that’s the case we’d have no way to prevent it.
