Affinity Panels
-
For this theme, I only need three panels. I haven’t set pages to associate with the remaining panels, but it looks like it’s automatically pulling repeat pages to fill this space. The description says that these panels will not appear if there is no page associated.. but maybe I’m doing something wrong in the settings.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
I suspect that you’ve inadvertently set the same page as content for both panels 4 and 5. The content that includes “My Background,” “My Work Process,” “My Strengths,” and “My Weaknesses,” is not included in any of the other panels. To display no panels 4 or 5, the “Panel content” at Customize > Theme Options should be either blank or set on “–Select–.”

Correction:
To display no panels 4 or 5, the “Panel content” setting at Customize > Theme Options > Panel 4 and Panel 5 should be either blank or set on “–Select–.”
-
Sorry, I see now that the same content found in panels 4 and 5 are found in your homepage, which is titled “about me.” I don’t know why this is occurring. If you had the “Panel content” for panels 4 and 5 set on the “about me” page, then the title would display as well, unless you’d somehow hidden the title on the panels with custom CSS. I’ll tag the topic for staff attention, because I don’t have an explanation for the result you’ve obtained.

Hi @helloerin, @musicdoc was correct; your panels 4 and 5 needed to have “– Select –” selected to indicate they should not be used. But they didn’t. Instead it was somehow set to blank, and the result looked kind of odd.
I tested to be sure selecting “–Select–” would fix it, and it did. Hope you don’t mind me saving that.

Is there a way to make panels for another tab on the top menu that is not the home page?
-
@eyanqui there isn’t. These “one page” style themes just have a single page that’s formatted that way. You could link to a category of posts, though: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
I’ll go ahead and close this thread since the original issue is resolved. Cheers :)
