After a week of waiting on an upload from xanga, it still says "processing"

  It’s been a week since I tried to upload from xanga. It still says it’s “processing” what now?

  It’s too bad you waited so long to report this. After 24 hours is a reportable time frame.

  I tagged this thread for Staff to do the importer reset for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.

  If you continue to have trouble with your import, please try a different browser. http://browsehappy.com You might also try the WordPress importer rather than the Xanga-specific importer.

  Sorry for the trouble! I just reset your site’s Xanga importer so you can try it again. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
