After Backup, Footer and header have disappeared

  We upgraded our site http://www.shawstreetpro.com to the latest version of WordPress, as a result the were major design/ flash issues so we decided to roll back to our previous version.
  We proceeded with putting our backup files and database back upon the FTP.
  After we did that most of the site is back to normal except the footer and side bar have disappeared.
  Since the files are the exact same why would there be issues with the layout? Any ideas?

  Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
