Hi –
Yes, domain cancellation should be considered permanent. Are you inquiring about yurahsmoments.com? And do you have any plans to use it again in the future?

Hi there,
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. Only cancel a domain if you’re completely sure you no longer want it at all.
In this case, your domain should be released again early next week, at which point you should be able to register it somewhere else.
We can also still restore it on this end for the next day or two, but as you’ve already been refunded you’ll first need to buy a new plan, if you are planning to use the domain with a WordPress.com site, or we need to send you a payment link if you plan on using the domain somewhere else.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
