‘…’ after excerpt for blog (How to remove that)

We are displaying heavy equipment as blog items on the website and want just 1 word (the price) to be the excerpt when displaying them in ‘Blog List’ and ‘Blog Carousel’. I cannot figure out how to make it not show as ‘$225,000…’ (Just need to remove the ‘…’) Thank you in advance!
