    sir i just waanted to know if i will be able to earn through my blog after getting my own domain name for my blog.

    If you are going to map that new domain name to the blog here (http://catchshruti.wordpress.com) then the same restrictions and terms of service still apply. Your blog is still hosted right here at wordpress.COM, it is just mapped to your own domain name.

    To have freedom to sell stuff or advertise, you have to hire a third-party web host such as godaddy or bluehost, etc., install and configure the software from wordpress.ORG. Figure a total average monthly cost (including the hosting and the domain registration) of about $10 to $25 per month (US).

    Unless you get over 5k hits per month, don’t expect to make much money, and most I know barely end up covering their monthly costs.
