You should be able to access your Dashboard here when logged into WordPress.com:

Can you give that a try? If you’re still having trouble, can you clear your browser’s cache? Instructions can be found here:

Hi! first of all thank you, but the problem is that I’ve transfered my wordpress website on OVH in order to install a theme not supported on wordpress.com. So I’ve installed wordpress.org on my OVH account. Once I managed to install wordpress, the url of my website was the name of my other website (www.sanfoneiro.fr) So I tried to change the url (which was http://sanfoneiro.fr/WordPress3/wp-admin), and now it’s modified I can’t get to it anymore.. I hope you understand my problem ? Can you help me please ?

We only support WordPress.com sites through this forum, not WordPress.org. Since I can’t access your sites files, I’m afraid I’m not going to be much help. You may want to reach out to either your host or the self-hosted support forum here:
It sounds like you installed WordPress into a sub-directory of sanfoneiro.fr. The domain sanfoneiro.fr is still up and running, and there appears to be a site at sanfoneiro.fr/WordPress3. However, the login for sanfoneiro.fr/WordPress3 is involved in a redirect somehow with projet-requiem.com. Can you reach out to your host and see if they have any insight into how this could be resolved?

I understand but I just need to know how to access to the modifications for wordpress, I don’t think OVH can do it it’s not their company as they said..

As Jeremey mentioned, WordPress.com staff don’t have the access and resources to support sites that aren’t hosted here at WordPress.com. This WordPress.org support page may help you make the correct change to your site’s URL: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
If that doesn’t solve it for you, you can get additional help with self-hosted WordPress sites (using the WordPress.org software) by posting in the WordPress.org forums.

Hello, I still have problem with wordpress.
After having re-installed wordpress file on my OVH account, I received a new username and password with the links of connection.
Once I click on it I can access the dashboard.
I have already installed a theme which I now want to customize, the problem is that when I click on the theme, the link of my wordpress page becomes unavailable and my username and password are no longer available..
Can you help me please ? -

It sounds like there may be a problem with the theme you installed. I’d recommend contacting the theme’s author for more assistance, or posting in the WordPress.org forums for additional help.

I think it would easier if I could uninstall the theme to re-install it ? How can I process ?
