After help tips weren't successful, how can I get a featured image to appear?

Hello : ) The featured image for my About page is not appearing on the site. I have visited the “Set Featured Items” help page and tried to adjust the size to no avail. I would like to have the image featured and it’s not happening. Why?

The size of the images is critical and the posts must also be set as sticky posts.
