it’s a spam / scam – did they want $75.- or $64.-??
I get them all the time
It is not from WordPress.COM – but to make you feel a bit more at ease I have also flagged this for staff attention

Thanks a lot aucxclass!
I’m new here, so it scares a bit)
Would u mind if i ask u one more question? Is it possible to hide a part of a text in the post under cut, like in LJ? Can’t find that option -
Hi there,
I can just confirm what @auxclass said. This is a common domain scam. Scammers obtain your email address from your domain’s public WhoIs data and try to make you think there’s something wrong with your domain and that you must pay them money to fix it. You can disregard any such emails you get.
If you don’t want your contact details to be publicly accessible to people like these, you will need to add Private Registration to your existing domain upgrade.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/#enabling-privacy-laterIf an email comes from us it will always say it’s from WordPress.com, and we will only send you a notice when it’s time to renew your domain.
Is it possible to hide a part of a text in the post under cut, like in LJ? Can’t find that option
Can you please explain in more detail what it is you want to do? If you can link to an example that will also help. Thanks :)

Thank you, kokkieh!
For example
This is the LJ blog. Language is not important, the main thing is the system of hideing text.
Second post on the page
http://tastydiet.livejournal.com/tag/%D1%83%D0%B3%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%8B
I want to put a screenpage but i can’t((
So there is the second post with the picture of the sea and bla-bla-bla
Below the first text you see the link “read more” – can i do this?
Then u open the “read more” and in the middle of the text there is another link “Philips bla-bla-bla”, u open this and see the text again (it can be picture or whatever) – can i do the same as well?
Thank u beforehand -
You can add a Read More link, yes, but you have to insert it manually in each post. There are only a few themes that do it for you.
To add a Read More link, create a new line and make sure you don’t have Bold or Underline or any other formatting active. Then click the More-tag icon in the editor toolbar.

You are welcome – the first couple of those I got were a bit scary – I had to read them a few times to figure out what what going on – another scam that I have not seen in a while is to send a renewal notice around the time your domain is up for renewal – and the renewal is expensive and in the fine print was the transfer of the domain to another registrar that was way expensive
-
And then there’s the ICANN contact information scam that asks for your personal info in addition to money, so it’s a phishing scam as well.
